Preservation Park was dedicated on April 11, 1999. The park is 12 acres. The City of Town and Country originally acquired thirty-two acres, twenty of which were sold to Christian Brothers School (CBC). CBC Cadet Park was built including athletic facilities available for use by the public.

Rent the Preservation Park Pavilion.  Park amenities include a picnic pavilion with a barbecue pit and electricity, playground, restrooms, sand volleyball court, and multi-use asphalt trail.

Athletic teams may rent the tennis courts and fields at CBC Cadet Park. For more information, please contact CBC at kosciolekt@cbchs.org or 314-985-6046.

Residents are welcome to use the fields and tennis courts during unreserved times on a first-come, first-served basis - free of charge.
