This program starts with a 30-minute welcoming yoga class designed to calm the mind and to relax the body while offering simple movements that invite space, flexibility and mobility - ridding the body of winter stiffness. Following yoga, enjoy your choice of a warm cup of hot chaga or herbal tea as we share simple tips designed to help you “Be Well.” You will learn about adaptogens and simple wellness strategies that reduce stress and help maintain balance in digestion, sleep, immunity, energy and overall health and wellbeing.
