Assistant Finance Director

The City is seeking an experienced finance professional. Town & Country is a premier community of approximately 11,000 residents, covering 12 square miles in the heart of St. Louis County. The City hosts Maryville University and a wide array of major public and private educational and religious institutions. Our business community includes Missouri Baptist Hospital, major retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Home Depot as well as corporate office parks.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, public administration or related field and four (4) years financial experience, preferably in a governmental setting. Prefer this person to have some experience in human resources specifically regarding employee benefits. This individual must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team and must also be able to handle and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
The City offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, and life insurance and LAGERS retirement. The salary range is $58,468-$70,162, DOQ.
