Longview Farm House has three multi-use rooms that can be reserved separately or combined. The Gathering Room (900 sq. ft.) can seat up to 60 people and the Meeting Room (380 sq. ft.) can seat up to 25 people. Both the Gathering and Meeting Rooms are location in the addition and can open up to one large room (1280 sq. ft.) seating 85 people. The Historic House offers a Dinning/Multi-use room (450 sq. ft.) that can seat up to 25 people. The max capacity for the addition (Gathering and Meeting Rooms) and the Historic House is 100 people.

Pavilions are available to Town and Country residents and Town and Country businesses. To make a reservation, call 314-587-2814, request a pavilion online, or download a Pavilion Rental Request Form (PDF).
Payment may be made over the phone with a credit card or by cash / check through the mail or in person.

Longview Farm House is ideal for anniversaries, birthday parties, holiday parties, business meetings and small weddings. The new addition can accommodate 85 people for seated events and 100 people for cocktail receptions. Please visit our reservation page or call 314-587-2814 for further details.
The resident rate is $75 per room per hour and the non-resident rate is $100 per room per hour. The reservation cost does not include the fees for catering.
Longview Farm House provides the event space, table and chairs. Longview Farm House has 6-foot round tables that seat eight people, as well as 6-foot and 8-foot rectangle tables to meet your event needs. We have a projection screen (no projector), easel and podium that are available at no additional charge.
Longview Farm House is available for reservation by both residents of Town & Country and non-residents. A resident is considered a person who lives, attends school, or works in Town & Country. See our reservation page or call 314-587-2814 for more information.
All food and beverages brought into Longview Farm House must be provided by a licensed caterer. All alcohol must be provided and served by a caterer with their liquor license. They must also obtain a temporary liquor permit through the City and state for your specific event. We offer Preferred and Additionally Insured caterers on the reservation page. You are not required to use one of our Preferred or Additionally Insured Caterers. If you choose to use another caterer, a $50 fee per caterer will be applied.
The reservation time should include the setup and tear down time for both yourself and your caterer. Any additional time needed in the rooms will result in an adjustment to the reservation cost.
All rooms are very light and open with excellent views of the park. The new addition is modern an neutral in tone with a carpeted floor. The Historic House is also neutral in color with hardwood floors, an electric fireplace and windows looking out onto the front porch and garden. Click here for photos of Longview Farm House.
You many decorate as long as decorations are not attached to walls, ceilings, windows, cabinetry, light fixtures or the sprinkler system. No tape, command strips, nails, tacks, hooks or screws may be placed in any part of the building. Only candles that are enclosed in a glass orb are allowed. Taper candles are not allowed.
We do not supply linens, utensils or decorations. Check with your caterer to see if they have the option to add on any of these items. You can also rent these items from a rental company such as Weinhardt Party Rentals or Premier Rentals.
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation. Additional services added and payments can be made up until 1 month prior to the event date. Reservations that are cancelled and not rescheduled shall forfeit 50% of the reservation fee. A reservation that is rescheduled with less than 30 days notice shall be assessed a $50 rescheduling fee.

Longivew Farm Park, Drace Park and Preservation Park all offer pavilions that have electricity, BBQ pit, and close by are restrooms and playgrounds. Town Square pavilion is on the water edge and has restrooms near by. All pavilions have picnic tables and are ADA compliant.
