Notice is hereby given that an election for a two year term to the office of Alderman, Ward 1; Alderman, Ward 2; Alderman, Ward 3; and Alderman, Ward 4, will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 in the City of Town and Country. Residents wishing to file for candidacy must do so in the office of the City Clerk beginning at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 through 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Appointments accepted and encouraged following opening day.

Through alignment cues and sequences you will build strength and flexibility, all while taking the time to pause and feel, observe and adjust. This class will restore strength and flexibility, while supporting healthy movement and stress reduction. This welcoming class is suitable for everyone.
